After more than 30 years in education, I've come to recognize that my greatest opportunity isn't simply to share what I've learned with more people. It's to invest deeply in those who are ready to take these principles and carry them forward.
Through personalized coaching and mentoring, I help educators, parents, and emerging leaders clarify their vision, strengthen their abilities, and create meaningful change in their own spheres of influence.

My role isn't to provide all the answers. It's to ask meaningful questions, share perspectives and experience, and help you discover the next steps in your own journey.

Experience Behind the Mentoring
My approach grows out of more than three decades of teaching, educational leadership, learning experience design, and mentoring.
As Director of Operations at the Leadership Education Mentoring Institute (LEMI), I've helped develop educational programs, train mentors, and equip leaders to create meaningful learning experiences.
I've also spent more than 20 years homeschooling my five sons and have co-authored The Learning Zone and Developing a Mentor's Heart.
These experiences have deepened my conviction that meaningful growth begins with relationships, vision, responsibility, and an understanding of human potential.
