I have observed Heidi in several different teaching roles at Inspire including independent study through Inspire Charter Schools and in the classroom at Inspire’s Enrichment Academy. She relates to students of all different ages and grade levels. She is always prepared and knows the subject matter she is teaching. She supports her students and families and works hard to ensure her students’ success. She applies her knowledge to all aspects of her job.
Heidi has a wealth of knowledge and experience and contributes to staff meetings and discussions in a professional and well-informed manner. She goes above and beyond to stay informed about all aspects of her job. She is self-motivated and attends all trainings and meetings. She meets all of her deadlines and stays on top of her job duties. Heidi also organizes events and clubs outside of her job duties. For example, Heidi is leading an entrepreneur club for Inspire students once a month.
